Clean and absolutely perfect hotel units with ventilation and ROLL-IN SHOWER, for example. Comfortable design in the rooms, decent food. Remote location on local attractions asked by the various groups. Really close to West houston, downtown and several major freeways and shopping centers.

Perfect rooms with very comfortable bed and ROLL-IN SHOWER and the bedroom, nice stay! Satisfactory selection for breakfast with alcoholic beverages and also beers.

The hotel had a remote position just next door to several major freeways and shopping centers, Houston for a family member wedding reception, and local attractions asked by the various groups. I ate at the Michelin-starred restaurant near the venue. I greatly enjoyed to spend time in the good sports bar.

The room is elegant and relaxing with exceptionally comfortable bed. It has both NICE and courteous staff.

Very stylish and lovely staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Excellent, tidy rooms with a king bed. The pool area is heated too.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Houston West - Westway Park, I encountered a problem with my reservation. However, the front desk clerk, Barika Houston, handled the issue in a highly professional manner and ensured that everything was taken care of. I was impressed by her level of customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. the staff at this Holiday Inn truly made my stay a pleasant one.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was relaxing and elegant with separate living space. The hotel employees were kind. The location was marvellous and superior and the room was fairly clean. Energy Corridor district was worth exploring.

The staff - some of them were very arrogant.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, always willing to put up with everything and bending over backwards to help with any needs we had. The location was wonderful for our business trip in the area, and we were pleased to finally find a hotel with adequate guest parking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast choices were limited but delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were courteous and attentive. we were very satisfied with our stay.

Do recommend this place and would book here again. The hotel was terrific and fine, and the staff were energetic, greatly enjoyed the favourable location so close to midtown and Cameron and Houston for a family member wedding reception.
